Schaefer Kalk Calcium Carbonate Huzhou Co., LTD. uses internationally recognized, highly automated production equipment to produce the highest Quality Limestone series Products. Our new production line has an annual capacity of 30,000 tons. The main equipment includes our Schaefer Kalk GmbH & Co. KG designed invensive slaker and carbonation reactor; imported drying system; automatic packing machine and palletizing systems. All the equipment and process are controlled from a central control room to ensure an Energy Efficient Production unit and a Consistently High Product Quality. 

Also, to satisfy the requirements of the food safety management system, the installed valves and pipelines in the production process meet all the Health Sanitary System requirements. The in process and final  product materials are transferred in closed conveying systems with metal detectors installed in multiple locations. The product packing unit is fully automated with bag slotting, filling, palletizing and  stretch cover machines. The entire production line is controlled and analyzed by DCS, with the production batch control being in accordance with the management and traceability system for additives in food industry.
